1. Ticket Purchases:

  • We offer tickets for both in-person attendance and digital access to recordings for those unable to attend in person.
  • All ticket purchases are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Fulfillment Policy.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Attendees have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund for their ticket.
  • Refund requests made within this period will be processed without any questions asked.
  • Digital ticket holders will receive a full refund within the specified timeframe.
  • After the 14-day window, ticket holders have the option to transfer their tickets to the following year’s conference.

3. Delivery of Tickets:

  • Digital tickets for both in-person and virtual attendance are delivered instantly via email upon purchase.
  • Attendees will receive detailed instructions for accessing the digital recordings within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.

4. Ticket Transfers:

  • Ticket holders can transfer their tickets to the following year’s conference after the 14-day refund window has passed.
  • Transfer requests must be submitted by the start of the conference, and the transferred ticket will be valid for the following year’s conference.
