She learned early in her career, by helping to build the best brands in the business with Starwood, that the best way to make more revenue was to build unwavering loyalty in guests through emotional connections.

Being an expressive personality in an analytical job, she found her second calling as a Service Culture Trainer.  She’s helped hundreds of associates through thousands of hours of instructor-led training in emotional intelligence and the value of building personal connections through exceptional service.
